General Information

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. However, during peak buying seasons this may vary slightly but you will be advised accordingly if we pre-empt a processing delay.

Shipping will be to the address you provide during the checkout process. Please check that this address is correct and that you have given a full postcode etc as Little Flamingo cannot be liable for lost packages where an incomplete address has been submitted.

Please be sure there is enough time for delivery, especially if you need it for a particular date. 

It is the customers responsibility to pay any import duties and taxes which might be applied to your order at customs.


Once your order has successfully been dispatched from Little Flamingo HQ you will receive an email notification to advise you of this. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination. 

We do everything in our power to ensure delivery times advised are met. However, occasionally transit times will be affected by factors beyond the control of Little Flamingo and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Our Packaging

We package our products in eco friendly kraft paper mailing bags that are plastic-free. They are printed using plant-based, up-cycled inks and do not contain any products derived from animals.


If you are unhappy with an item you have received, please get in touch to discuss the issue or fault and we will do our best to make it right for you. Returns must be made within 14 days of being delivered and returns will only be accepted on products that are undamaged and in their original packaging. Please note that personalised products are non-returnable.

We can also not offer refunds for:
– Unclaimed or undelivered envelope/packages.
– Insufficient address (so please check your address is correct before you order an item)
– Refused packages
–  Personalised/bespoke items

Overseas delivery

Australia, Argentina, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Mexico, United States, United Arab Emirates, New Zealand. Standard transit time (6-14 working days but can take up to 21 working days)

Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey. Standard transit time (5-10 working days but can take up to 21 working days)

Don’t worry if your delivery destination is not listed above, we ship orders internationally and our checkout will automatically calculate your shipping.

We aim to get all orders dispatched within 2-3 working days from when the order has been placed. Your order will be sent on a tracked service,  so we are able to monitor its progress during transit. 

Even though our transit times are as accurate as possible, there may be occasions when factors out of our control cause a delay. We therefore ask if you can allow up to 21 working days before we can issue replacements or refund a missing order.
